We just took our cat Pepper here, and I read online that the place was good for upfront reasonable pricing and a caring staff. They were right on. I can honestly say that it was the best Vet experience that I have had in my life. They had side rooms for the animals so there isn’t all that chaos in the front lobby where someone has a barking dog, someone else has a crying cat, while someone else is holding a squawking parrot. They were quick and to the point with no hidden fees. The vet and staff were caring and great. This place is A1 and A+.
After changing vets several times, I have finally found the PAWfect one in town! Our first visit exceeded our expectations! The front desk staff was super friendly, and offered us drinks, making us feel warm & welcomed. The vet & vet technician were really patient with my fur baby, and gave her lots of love as well as treatos and cheeeeeze! Moki is one HAPPEE GORL! Thank you! Here’s a pic of her smiling away in daddo’s arms whilst the vet gave her 2 shots, as the technician gave her head wubs and her much needed compliments XD.
We feel like our fur babies are well cared for and all of the staff treats them as if they were their own! We love Dr. Jason and Sheena, but really we haven't had a negative experience at Hello Pet and all of the staff are fantastic! My golden was just spayed and her recovery has been flawless. You hardly even see an incision/scar and she is healing beautifully!
I cannot say enough how wonderful this clinic is! The doctors and techs are gentle, knowledgeable, and patient with the animals. They are also kind and upfront about treatment recommendations and costs. Our two cats, who are typically quite uncomfortable in new places, explored the treatment room happily then curled right up for a nap in the provided bed and blanket with pheromone spray. Our senior dog is an anxious mess at the vet and the staff here has taken every measure to help ease the process for her and us So thankful to have moved on from a large chain vet to hello vet.
Loving our experience here so far. It’s close to home and the staff are incredibly friendly and competent. Took our boy here for a dental cleaning and we were super anxious about putting him under anesthesia but they were so patient with us and reassured us. The procedure was quick enough and all went well. They even sent us pictures of him during his recovery time :)
A huge thank you to Becca and Dr. Cate for getting my kitten in as quickly as they could. Everyone I interacted with in-office and over the phone was extremely helpful, kind, and up front. The process was as painless as could be and the environment is clean and quite cute/inviting. While hardly any vet visit will be 100% fun for every pet, I will say my kitten and I had a pleasant time while he explored, played, and napped in comfort.

We love Hello Vet! My dog has had two visits so far. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and gentle with my pup. I also love their online scheduling tool to book appointments which makes everything so easy.
My poor boy has severe anxiety and yesterday he finally got to come see Dr. Jason and his crew. I love how gentle they are with the animals. I volunteer for a dog rescue and I have been to Hello Vet a few times now and I’m just super impressed with all. They were able to keep the visit short but in that short time, we got a plan together and hopefully Odie is on his way to living his best life. Best veterinarian clinic I have been to.
Our nine year old dog became a new patient this year, and after three visits I continue to be impressed with their caring, professionalism, and responsiveness. I’m certain they treat every patient with the warmth and attentiveness that we’ve received. I also appreciate their transparency with treatment costs and options. Highly recommend this practice.
